Support and Service

Within our staff, we have trained highly specialized technicians so that we can offer our customers a 360-degree service on the instrumentation we supply.

Technical Assistance is not limited to having one of our technicians intervene where a malfunction or failure occurs, but in order to ensure a complete service, it comes into play in every step of the supply of an instrument, from its demonstration at the customer’s premises or at our premises, to its installation to its maintenance, as well as training and, where required, even the creation of new methods, working closely with customers.

Alfatech - Advanced Lab Solutions

A fundamental aspect of laboratory life is the constant updating for what concerns new applications, new methodologies, new instruments and techniques.

The ability to share new things with customers is a key aspect for us in a world where innovation goes hand in hand with research.

The food, cosmetics, pharmaceutical and, more generally, any place where precision instrumentation is found often have the need to comply with parameters and requirements imposed by current regulations and control bodies responsible for ensuring certain quality standards.

These requirements refer to the acronyms G.M.P. (Good Manufacturing Practice), G.L.P. (Good Laboratory Practice) and G.C.P. (Good Clinical Practice). To fall within these parameters there are reference standards that are adopted and must be met, and to do so it is necessary to acquire specific Certifications provided by third-party entities, qualified to ensure compliance with specific parameters.

One of our clients requested an automated solution for the Analysis of Isotopic Hydrocarbons, the light hydrocarbons found in gases and liquids from the Fracking technique, during Oil & Gas exploration. Samples are collected in specific tubes and jars (originally containing paint).

Gases and liquids (clay/water/oil mixtures) are analyzed using the GC-IRMS (Isotopes Ratio Mass Spectrometry) technique. Boxes containing 25 Isotubes/Jars are routinely shipped from the extraction site to the laboratory; analysis and sample extraction are time consuming.
